What is the booking process?Please submit an inquiry to check availability and receive a quote. A signed contract and a 50% non-refundable deposit are required to secure your date. We look forward to celebrating with you!

Do you offer digital and print options?Yes, we offer both digital and print options. You can add unlimited customized prints to any package and choose between 4x6 and 2x6 print sizes.

Where can I find pricing for all of your services?The the most-up-to date pricing can be found under the "Get a quote" tab on the website.

Can I book an event for 6 hours or longer?Yes, please fill out the inquiry form and indicate the duration of the event. The base price is $399 for a 2-hour reservation, with an additional $100 for each hour after that.

How much time and space are needed for setup?We need about 60-90 minutes depending on the setup to set up and about 45-60 minutes for breakdown. The photo booth requires 8' deep x 8' wide x 8' high space for the backdrop, photo booth machine, and a table with props. If your event space is limited, we'd be happy to discuss it with you and do our best to accommodate your needs.

What types of props are available?All packages include a variety of regularly updated props, including stick messages, lips, glasses, special occasion props, and more! Custom stick messages tailored to your event are available for an additional cost.

Can the photo booth be used outdoors?Yes! We can set up the photo booth in a dry, covered area with access to a standard 120V, 15-20 amp, 3-prong electrical outlet. Please note, exposure to direct sunlight, rain, windy conditions, or extreme heat or cold can damage our equipment. Sand and grass are not suitable for setup.

Do you have liability insurance?Yes, we have liability insurance and can email you the Certificate of Insurance (COI) upon request. If your event requires any additional coverage not included in our insurance, you will be responsible for the additional cost.

Do you offer consultations?Yes, we'd be happy to schedule a 15-minute call if needed. For any questions or to arrange a call, please email us at hello@capturedmomentscollective.com. Once your booking is confirmed with a signed contract and deposit, you'll have the option for a consultation to discuss all the details.

What types of payment do you accept?We accept all major credit cards and ACH bank transfers. A 3.5% processing fee applies to the credit card transactions.

When are the deposit and the final payment due?A 50% non-refundable deposit with a signed contract is required to secure the date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the event. If your event is less than 30 days away, full non-refundable payment is due with the signed contract to secure the booking.

Are there any additional fees?Additional fees may apply based on event location, parking, payment type, and customization add-ons. All fees will be clearly outlined in your quote — no surprises!
