PHOTO BOOTH HOSTS

We are seeking outgoing, friendly, and professional individuals to join our team as Photo Booth Hosts. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in dynamic event settings and enjoys interacting with people. Ideal candidates should be detail-oriented, possess strong customer service skills, and be organized, self-motivated, and have reliable transportation. This position is a great fit for those seeking flexible, part-time work with opportunities for growth!

DETAILS:​​​

  • $20-25/hour plus commission

  • ​Part-time 1099 contract

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have reliable transportation with enough space to carry all photo booth equipment, which fits in the back seat of a 4-door car.

  • Capable of lifting up to 90 pounds for loading and unloading items into a vehicle (travel cases are equipped with wheels for easy transport).

  • Available to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and late nights, based on event needs

  • Excellent customer service with a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor to create a positive experience for guests

  • Detail-oriented, ensuring the photo booth setup, guest interactions, and overall experience are seamless and high-quality

  • Ability to quickly troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

  • Must provide a valid driver’s license and proof of car insurance

  • Experience with filming and creating social media content is a plus

  • High school diploma or higher

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Pick up and drop off photo booth equipment downtown Chicago

  • Set up, operate, and break down photo booth equipment, including cameras, printers, props, and backdrops

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by guiding guests through photo sessions and creating a fun, memorable experience

  • Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the photo booth throughout the event, troubleshooting issues as needed

  • Represent the brand by being knowledgeable about the business and encouraging future bookings

  • Capture photos and videos of the booth setup and guest interactions for marketing and promotional purposes

  • Assist with additional business-related tasks as needed​​​​

SOCIAL MEDIA INTERN

Captured Moments Collective is a growing luxury photo booth rental company based in Chicago. We’re looking for a motivated and creative intern interested in gaining hands-on experience in marketing, social media content creation, administration, and entrepreneurship. This internship is perfect for someone building their portfolio, seeking real-world experience, and excited to contribute to a growing brand!

 

DETAILS:

  • 6-8 hours per week

  • In-person meetings downtown Chicago

  • Monthly stipend to cover food and transportation expenses

  • ​3-month commitment

  • Optional mentorship included

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES may vary weekly and can include:

  • Editing photo and video content and posting on Instagram, TikTok, Google, and other platforms

  • Organizing and managing content libraries

  • Assisting with newsletters

  • Outreach, market research, brainstorming, administrative tasks 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience with graphic design using Canva and editing Reels and TikTok's

  • Comfortable using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar) 

  • Creative eye with the ability to produce engaging, on-brand content

  • Awareness of current social media trends and editing techniques

  • Preferred background in marketing, social media, entrepreneurship, customer service, hospitality, or event industry

  • Reliable transportation to travel to downtown Chicago

  • High school diploma or higher

 

OPTIONAL MENTORSHIP​​: the intern will also receive access to optional monthly mentorship sessions focused on marketing, social media, branding, and/or entrepreneurship. This support is available for personal, academic, or business-related projects they may be working on outside of the internship.
